BCBA - One Open Position

We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team. This role is well suited for newly certified or early-career clinicians who want to establish themselves in a setting that values talent, clarity, and accountability. We want professionals who can work with little supervision and still produce effective results.

 

The BCBA will be responsible for clinical oversight while managing a sustainable caseload, provide supervision and training to their team of RBTs, and work directly with families to ensure treatment integrity and progress. This is a position for someone ready to take ownership of their role and meet the essential demands of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Provide supervision, training, and oversight to RBTs, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.

  • Collect, review, and analyze data to guide decision-making and measure outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with BACB and state standards.

  • Communicate with families in a clear, professional manner to ensure continuity of care.

  • Respond to clinical challenges with composure, including participation in safety interventions when required.

  • Uphold the professional culture of the clinic by demonstrating accountability and consistency in practice.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Texas.

  • Ability to meet the physical and cognitive demands of clinical practice, including participation in safety interventions when necessary.

  • Expertise with Apple intelligent devices.

  • Thorough and accurate writing.

  • Able to pass a federal background check.

  • Demonstrates organized records and reports with strict adherence to HIPAA policies.

  • Coachable, creative, and adaptable.
