Requirements

In addition, every individual providing direct therapy holds university degrees—BCBAs possess masters degrees or high and RBTs must hold a bachelors degree at minimum. These requirements are more than just educational achievements. To Bunnies and Bees ABA, they also represent dedicated efforts to learn, consistency, and focus.

Expectations

Our team is comprised of highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). All staff members are carefully vetted—we systematically verify credentials and require federal background checks. This is all done using a service called Checkr.
